CrossFit Petram offers CrossFit Kids classes!!
CrossFit Kids Classes:
All sessions are designed by our certified CrossFit Kids coaches. Classes are approximately 45 minutes long and are designed for children ages 5-12. With a focus on Fun, safety and proper movement pattern development kids will squat, jump, press and perform gymnastic, weightlifting and cardio movements appropriate for their age.

"CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.
